My Schüldt has spent over 30 years helping leaders and teams improve performance — from executive boards and CEOs to sports teams and coaches. As CEO of London Montessori Centre Svenska AB, she led educational initiatives and advanced pedagogical development. Today, she is a leading voice in Sweden for the Thinking Environment®, empowering organisations with greater participation, engagement, creativity, and effectiveness.

Nils Schüldt has extensive experience in leadership and organisational development. As former Head of the Swedish Armed Forces’ Leadership Centre, he was responsible for ensuring the quality of leadership training across the Armed Forces.
After retiring at the age of 55, Nils transitioned into a successful career as a consultant, working for nearly two decades with team development and process-oriented leadership programs in the private sector, public administration, and trade union organizations.
His background includes a distinguished military career, holding senior leadership positions at multiple levels, including serving as Commander of P5 in Boden.
